Medina, another MS-13 associate, was added to ICE’s most wanted list on November 16 in coordination with the revelation of Operation Raging Bull. The 31-year-old El Salvadorian most likely crossed the border as a minor. He is a suspected murderer, and his current whereabouts are unknown.
