Until recently, Cesar Sayoc Jr. lived with his mother at a high-rise apartment complex in Aventura, Florida, a bedroom community in northeast Miami-Dade County. After a reported altercation, he moved out and lived in his conspicuous pro-Trump van.
After a nearly week-long manhunt, law enforcement apprehended Sayoc in Plantation, Florida this morning.
