A daring raid commenced on October 26 to kill ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
Baghdadi saw the terror group expand from what President Obama mocked as the “JV team” into a bona fide caliphate with the ability to launch sophisticated attacks internationally.
He was responsible for the deaths of thousands and would have eagerly killed many more innocents if given the opportunity.
Though Baghdadi took strick security measures to hide his presence from Americans – especially American airpower – a captured relative, Mohammed Ali Sajet provided the US with the critical intelligence to locate him.
Low-flying helicopters strafed the compound, racking up kills. Special forces equipped with night vision goggles then repelled down and breached the walls with explosives to avoid booby traps.
As Delta Force soldiers and their furry compatriot Conan closed in on Baghdadi, the coward blew himself and two children up with a suicide vest.
