Biden has waffled on the issue again and again, and it seems like in the next 48 hours we’ll know one way or the other. Current Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton is trailing independent socialist Bernie Sanders in Iowa and New Hampshire, and may lose key union endorsements to Donald Trump. Biden provides Democrats with a more electable alternative.
