Since yesterday’s tragic shooting in San Bernardino, a ton of new information has emerged about the shooters. We know that they were a married couple, that the shooter worked at the facility, and that they had recently traveled to Saudi Arabia. When you couple that with the meticulous level of planning, it’s clear that this might have had something to do with radical Islam, although as is typical of the left-wing media, no one has jumped to that conclusion. Perhaps this information will change things.
Neighbors in Redlands were shocked that the suspects had ties to their area.
“I was in awe that it was happening four houses down from my property,” one neighbor said.
A man who has been working in the area said he noticed a half-dozen Middle Eastern men in the area in recent weeks, but decided not to report anything since he did not wish to racially profile those people.
“We sat around lunch thinking, ‘What were they doing around the neighborhood?’” he said. “We’d see them leave where they’re raiding the apartment.”
Such is the culture we live in, where a society that has been reminded every day “if you see something, say something” fails to do so because they live in total fear of being shunned as a bigot and a racist.
This is pathetic. If we continue to deify political correctness while ignoring objective reality, this will be the first of many attacks.
