In news that should surprise absolutely no one, Marco Rubio won the DC Republican Caucus, garnering 37 percent of the votes in a Saturday primary. Rubio received 50 more votes than John Kasich.
Rubio clearly needs the delegates, as he’s lagging way behind, and will receive 10 of the 19 allocated, but this is sure to be a fundraising boon for both Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, who can now point to Rubio as being the clear favorite of the DC Establishment.
