One America News Network CEO Robert Herring announced on Twitter that he rescinded his job offer to former Fox News anchor Bill O'Reilly on Tuesday.

Herring announced that the contract his network offered O'Reilly would have paid him more than what he made at Fox News. The OANN chief wished O'Reilly luck and toldMediate that his network was ready to move on from negotiations after O'Reilly and his agent failed to respond.
Before leaving Fox News, it was reported that O'Reilly's contract paid him $25 million per year. He received millions more in his severance package.

O'Reilly has yet to reveal what he plans to do for the future. He is assembling his own production team and will start his own operation, the Washington Free Beacon reported over the weekend[.]
