Are the Democrats still convinced rumors of voter fraud is fake news?

A group of 12 Indiana Democrats were arrested over the weekend—in connection with an effort to add fake names to voter roles before the 2016 elections.

The 11 temporary staffers, along with their supervisor Holiday Burke, worked for the Indiana Voter Registration Project, and have been charged with submitting fraudulent voter registration applications.

The Indiana Voter Registration Project is managed by a group with deep ties to the Democratic Party, including top names like former President Bill Clinton and former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid.

The team in question was tasked with turning out the black vote—but, after officials in Indiana’s Hendricks County flagged a number of registrations as “suspicious,” they became the subject of an investigation.

The temporary staffers were apparently scared about losing their job, which would happen if they didn’t register at least 10 new voters each day. Some of the workers have alleged that their supervisors told them to “obtain their quota by any means necessary.”

Each staffer faces a prison term of up to 2 1/2 years, and the Indiana Voter Registration Project faces a fine up to $10,000.
