Was Comey aware, as reported emails suggest, there were intelligence community concerns about the reliability of the evidence gathered to secure a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign, starting with adviser Carter Page?

John Solomon, a prominent media personality in Washington, D.C., has learned from his sources that still classified documents in the Russia investigation contain copies of email exchanges between then-FBI Director James Comey, critical investigators in the Russia probe, and lawyer's at the Justice Department's national security division.

They reportedly expressed doubts about the reliability of the Steele dossier and acknowledged that Steele had contacted reporters hungry for a scoop before the FISA warrant was secured.

Per American Action News:

If then-Director Comey knew of these concerns beforehand and charged ahead anyway, his actions would represent a serious breach of trust the FISA court places in the FBI.

Before requesting FISA warrants, agents are obligated to alert judges to any faulty evidence or biased information.
