6.) Maryland Democrat
Wendy Rosen, a 2012 Democratic congressional candidate in Maryland, ended her campaign after it was revealed that she voted illegally in 2006 and 2008 both in Maryland and Florida. Rosen eventually pleaded guilty to voter fraud.

Republican incumbent Larry Hogan is universally considered the favorite for re-election despite Maryland's status as a Democratic bastion in federal elections. The RealClearPolitics polling average has him leading Democrat Ben Jealous by 18.7 points.
