4.) Race of the Jury

The Supreme Court will review a case that looks at the death penalty and way the race of the jurors affects the decision. 

The argument it does stems from a case where an African American man stood accused of murder, and the prosecutor struck every African American from being on the jury during the selection process. 

This case could have a lasting impact on the jury selection process.
