Many have criticized YouTube's copyright system which allows users to strike videos and live streams down from the site by reporting it as their content.

Often content used in a video falls under Fair Use laws but is struck down regardless to financially hurt certain creators.

Crowder claims they did so wrongfully as he violated no copyright laws during the live stream. The conservative provocatuer plans to take action but has no way of doing so against YouTube.
