2.) What Will It Say?

Barr reiterated that the 23-month Russia investigation showed that neither President Trump nor anyone associated with him colluded with Russia's efforts to wrek havoc in our elections.

“I am sure that all Americans share my concern about the efforts of the Russian government to interfere in our presidential election. As the special counsel report makes clear, the Russian government sought to interfere, but thanks to the special counsel’s thorough investigation, we now know that the Russian operatives who perpetrated these schemes did not have the cooperation of President Trump or the Trump campaign or the knowing assistance of any other American for that matter,” Barr continued.

Barr added Mueller's report examined 10 possible instances of obstruction by Trump. However, in both Mueller and Barr's view, there was not sufficient evidence to prove obstruction beyond a reasonable doubt.

Everyone expects Democrats, starting with members of the Judiciary Committee, to scrutiny their conclusions for as long as possible.

Bottom Line: Although the president is no longer in the legal crosshairs of the Justice Department, he remains in the political crosshairs of House Democrats determined to impeach him.
